Happy Feaster!

What's a mom to do? Hannah is home on spring break for a week now, and Easter is 4 weeks away when she will be back in Albany all alone. If you are this mom, you will plan a Fake Easter (Feaster) and invite the family! We had ham, potato salad, lemon jello, salad, veggie pizza, cherry delite and more. Everything we needed to recreate our traditional Easter dinner. Sophie came over to help me make the Jello, the little bird's nests desserts, the cherry delite, and helped peel the potatoes and eggs for the potato salad. The house was decorated, we had games planned, and also a few crafts since we certainly couldn't have much fun in the backyard this year. (Tip: boys don't like crafts unless they are messy) In lieu of Easter baskets, the kids went home with carrot-shaped bags of Reeces Pieces, and the adults took home festively wrapped Ghirardelli candy bars!
